Username/Password Issues:

If you are unable to login, please check the username & password you received by email when you first signed up to the site. Your username/password is case sensitive so be sure you're typing it out correctly. If you can't recall your username/password, feel free to login to CCBill's support site here. If after doing this it still isn't working, contact us.


Video Help:

If you are experiencing video problems first make sure you have downloaded the entire video to your hard drive. We offer many formats of videos in our websites. If you require the proper codecs/drivers, may we suggest K-Lite Codec Pack for Windows machines. if you're using an Apple system, we suggest VLC, found here for free.

Webcam Video Feed/Chat Help:

To view the live webcam feeds on any of the sites, you need Macromedia Flash Player from Macromedia / Adobe. Our sites are part of the Cam Clique webcam network so you will also have access to the other girl's webcam feeds when their shows are on (check schedule here) but this does not give you access to their websites. If you are rude or behave in a negative manor in the cam chats, your membership may be revoked. Everything is traced so please behave appropriately.

When you login by clicking the "Chat and View Webcam" link, a new window will open. On the left side you will see icons for the webcam feeds. Find the Model's name on the side and click the flash icon or windows icon depending on what the girl uses. Bryci uses Flash. To login to the chat room, in the top right corner you'll find register or login. Choose a new username/password that you'll remember. You must use a valid email address or it will not work, and no, you will not be spammed. Register and then head into the Attic (the name of room 1) and this is where the chats take place. You can always ask here what type of feed the girl is using (flash or Windows) if you're unsure.

How to cancel your account:

To cancel your account, you will need to go the official CCbill website found here. When there you will require some information so they can confirm it is you.
